How Belmont Charter Network Supports Educators
- Small Class Sizes: Ensures personalized attention and meaningful relationships between teachers and students, the average class size is 20.
- Additional Staff: Enhances support for educators, allowing them to focus on effective teaching. With a team of social workers, attendance support coordinators, and deans, we work to support our students in a variety of ways. Our staff-to-student ratio is 6:1.
- Extensive Professional Development: Provides ongoing training and resources to help educators grow in their practice. We are committed to supporting professionals in growing in their practice.
- Dedicated Teacher Coaching: Offers individualized support to empower teachers and improve classroom effectiveness. Each of our teachers receives on average XX hours of coaching.
